It is what I do.
I document stories hoping to bridge the differences between cultures, religions, generations, migration, and languages because I believe in the power of storytelling. I believe the content I produce will be a bridge to all these differences and create spaces to communicate.

Seeking a Homeland is a multimedia project that explores how the Tibetans in the DMV area pass down their culture despite diaspora. Starting from the Capital Area Tibetan School, these students have to learn the Tibetan language, and music and are preparing for a dancing performance for the New Year event.

Seeking a Homeland: Tashi Tsering
Tashi Tsering, the director of the Human Right Network for Tibet and Taiwan, fled to Taiwan a few decades ago. His parents were originally from Tibet, and fled to India with Dalai Lama. Born in an exiled life and hoping one day Tibet will be an independent state, he fled to Taiwan to deliver this idea. This clip mentioned his life story and struggles.
